Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before making any booking with Right Travels Limited.
Your contract is with Right Travels Limited. A contract will exist between us once we issue a confirmation invoice. The lead passenger (the person making the booking) must be at least 18 years old and authorized to make the booking on behalf of all travelers.
A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking. Full payment must be made by the date specified on your confirmation invoice. Failure to make payment may result in the cancellation of your booking.
All prices are subject to availability and change. Once a booking is confirmed, the price will not change unless there are significant external cost increases (e.g., fuel surcharges, currency fluctuations, tax changes).
If you cancel your booking, cancellation charges will apply as per our cancellation policy. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to airline and supplier terms. Some tickets and services may be non-refundable.
If you request to change your travel arrangements after confirmation, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Amendment fees may apply.
We reserve the right to make changes to your travel arrangements or cancel them if necessary. If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative option.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all passengers have valid passports, visas, and other required documentation. Right Travels Limited will not be liable for any travel disruption caused by inadequate documentation.
We strongly recommend that all travelers take out comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking.
Right Travels Limited acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other travel services. We are not liable for acts or omissions by these third parties. Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the extent permitted by law.
If you have a complaint during your trip, please inform the relevant supplier immediately and notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to resolve the issue.
Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only shared with relevant service providers for the purpose of your travel arrangements.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that region.
